Hey Mary Ann,
It's good to see you posting again.I am still of the opinion that your Job Allen, b c1827 was a son of Job Allen and Nancy Hogan Allen, who married 1798, Hancock County GA.I believe Hiram was their son too.Have you ever checked the Allens who were in Wilkes County GA, beginning in early 1780's, and Surry County NC, before 1786?Check out Job Allen of 1830 Bibb County. He has males who fit both Hiram & Job's age groups, as well as Elizabeth's.Mary could possibly have been a last child for Job and Nancy. It isn't unheard of for a woman to still have babies at approx. 49 years of age.Hiram did not have any children listed with him in 1840 Bibb County.Job, Sr. died after 1830, probably Bibb County.
Hope this helps.
Joyce
P.S.Would you like an invite to our Allen & Related families myfamily site?
