Abraham Allen family

Am looking for the Abraham Allen b in NJ in 1819, who married Mary J. Durkee in 1845 in New London, Ct. He was policeman in NY in 1860 census. They had 9 children, but I only have names of 5:
Lucy b 1846
Albert b 1852
George b 1854
Mary E. b 1865
Any information would be appreciated.
