Re: Allen - Crow Texas in late 1800's

The Allen-Crow connection I have is that Malinda Allen married John Crawford, their last child Mary Ann Crawford married a Crow, and they are buried ina Red River County cemetery.I need help with this family.
The sheriff I refer to is Crow who was in nearby county of Wood, south of Franklin Co. I do not recognize the James Leslie Allen you are needing info on, but Allen in early East Texas is as common as Smith & Jones.
