My question is in regards to Joshua B. Allen's descendants.There are many years between your Sarah and sister Elizabeth.Have you found anymore sisters and brothers??My ancestor Charles Smith of Hampshire Co., VA had sons James & Hyland who named their children and grandchildren Barnes Smith.Charles would have married in the late 1700's, probably Hampshire or Frederick Co. VA.I believe they are part of the Barnes, Allens and also Aaron Smith families of that area.Do you have a will for Joshua Allen???
As you can see I am grasping at any straw I can find.
