1 July 2003 sounds like a great retirement data.I have that data as my goal with fingers crossed. Recently I found "Jones County Georgia Marriage Records 1813-1870" by Francis T. Ingmire.Iisted was: Alsabrook, Amos and Mrs Nancy Fletcher - 22 Jan 1839 Alsabrook, James & Elizabeth Lindsey - 22 Dec 1839 Alsabrook, Landon & Roseman Smith - 27 Dec 1829 Alsabrook, Lewis & Catherine Newby - 20 Aug 1847 Alsabrook, Luis & Alsa Martin - 24 Jul 1825 Alsabrook, Wilson & Sarah Short - 4 Oct 1829 Alsabrook, E. & Peter Smith - 10 Aug 1820 Alsabrook, Eliza & Bathomolew (sic) Harmon - 20 Apr 1816 Alsabrook, Elizabeth & William R. Booker - 22 Jul 1841 Alsabrook, Harrriet & William Harris - 10 Oct 1826 Alsabrook, Mariah & Turner Chapman - 4 Feb 1836 Alsabrook, Martha & Fred George - 25 Jan 1821 Alsabrook, Mary & William Merritt - 2 Oct 1840 Alsabrook, Mary Ann & William C. Goolsby - 24 Jan 1839 Alsabrook, Millisee & William H Crawford - 17 Jun 1832 Alsabrook, Prairee & Isaac Harris - 19 Jan 1830 Alsabrook, Sarah & Wiley Booker - 18 Oct 1833 Alsabrook, Temperance & Williams Lane (Lane Williams?) - 28 Jan 1827
I believe Fred George is Frederick Francis Georgewho married Martha Alsabrook. They would be my ggggrandparents. The book had no listings for Alsobrook.I guess Alsabrook could also be Alsobrook. I am interested in finding more information and can accept e-mail but not fax.I have more on the descendants of Fred George and Martha Alsabrook, assuming Fred and Frederick Francis are the same person.
