Are you sure about the spelling? My family spells it Amedeo. If the spelling doesn't matter, I have some information on my family and I'm looking for a long lost great-uncle and family...my grandfather Fidelio Amedeo emigrated with his brother around 1980 to Pittsburg. Both men had wives and children. My grandfather moved in about 1920 to Fall River Massachusetts and nobody knows what happened to the brother. Could he have gone to Lousisiana or to Chicago? Family names are Pietro, Luigi, Rosa, Francesco, Filomena, Beatricia (or maybe Patricia?)
