All, through Richard, I have as born in Peakirk, Northamptonshire, England; the last four in St Thomas Apostle Parish, London, London, England. Had they not moved down to London, Mary likely wouldn’t have met John CLAYPOOLE. Follow Mary's brother James Jacob 'Henry' ANGELL's line through his son, Thomas 'Immigrant' ANGELL to Truman Osborn ANGELL who, as an assistant architect, had overseen production of the opulent carvings in the Kirtland Temple at Kirtland, Geauga Co., Ohio. For many years he held the position of Church Architect, and, while acting in this capacity, he designed the Salt Lake Temple, the Lion House, the Beehive House, the Fillmore Statehouse, the St. George Temple, and many other important public buildings. His modifications to the Salt Lake Tabernacle are credited with creating the perfect acoustics for which the building is famous. At the time of his death on Oct. 16, 1887, in Salt Lake City, he held the office of a Patriarch. He had three wives and was the father of 20 children. He also was Brigham Young's brother-in-law and one of the original pioneers to enter the Salt Lake Valley on July 24, 1847.
