It's understandable that you wouldn't remember me when you were born I was already 16. Your parent's were living in Marble Falls we used to go and visit ya'll. Your mom has a brother named Wade and your mom and dad used to drive a white Fiero in the 80's. I'm not a distant relative, Ray Dale, Patti Lou, Jay, Joyce and Bill and I are first cousins. I can remember them growing up in that white house with the sliding door down the road from Aunt Karen's. I spent alot of time in that house playing with Joyce & Bill. (fond memories) My dad was in the Army so we traveled alot and moved here and there but I was always happy to get back to Llano to visit with my family, that's where I was born. So I already have all of the information on them.
I've done a little more work on your Ashabranner side of the family since I last posted that message. Your great grandparents were John Nelson Ashabranner & Myrtle Violet Daugherty and their children are: Rayburn Lorana, Samuel Nelson, Jack Douglas, Emmett Darrell and Raymond Harm.
Your great great grandparents (John Nelson's parents) were George Washington Ashabranner and Julia M. Dykeman and they were married in Williamson Co., Texas on May 27, 1883. Their children were: Rebecca Elizabeth, Hiram Thomas, John Nelson, Martha Pearl, Maude Nona, William Frank, Helen Mae, Ozell Bennett and Rayburn.
Your great great great grandparents were George Jefferson Ashabranner & Martha Simpson and they were married in Panola Co., Texas on October 24, 1850. Their children were: James Lockley, William Henry, Freeland A., Julia Ann, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Mary Elizabeth, Ahira Bartley, John Jackson, Daniel Marion and Amos Buchanan. I have all the dates and marriages if you want the information, also your great grandparents and your great great grandparents are buried in the Bear Creek Cemetery in Bertram, Burnet Co., Texas. And that's all I've found so far.
