NOTICE OF GUARDIAN SALE OF REAL ESTATE No. 9041 Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the superior court of Spokane county, state of Washington, made on 13th day of March, 1916, in the matter of the estate of Ella May Aspland and Jennie C. Aspland, insane persons, of Spokane county, State of Washington, the undersigned, the guardian of the estate of said wards, will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, and subject to confirmation by the probate court, on the fifth day of April, A. D., 1916, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the east courthouse door at Spokane, state of Washington, all right title and interest of said Ella May and Jennie C. Aspland, insane persons, in and to all that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the said county of Spokane, state of Washington, more particularly described as follows, to wit: An undivided two-thirds interest in and to the southeast quarter of section four, and the west half of the northeast quarter of section eight, township 23, north of range 41. E. W. M. in Spokane county, Washington.
Terms and conditions of sale:Onehalf cash and balance on one year's time with interest at seven per cent per annum.
