RE: Bauders' of Ontario
H E L P ! ! !
I'm going crazy trying to sort out which Bauder married into the Davy family.I thought I had it at least figured out that it was a John Nelson Bauder, b.abt. 1848, that married my g.g.aunt, Eliza Elina Davy, b.01 Feb., 1865.However, after combing through the message board on Bauders, I'm no longer sure.I've read many messages back and forth between several of you, as far back as Mar. 1999, and no-one makes any mention of her.I had tentatively entered in my paper records that his 1st. wife was Martha Ellen Campsell, m.05 Oct. 1868, in Portland Twp., Frontenac Co.Then, he m.Eliza, 11 Sept., 1893, in Clarendon Twp., Frontenac Co.I show a d.date for him of 15 Feb. 1920, burried in Verona.
Can any of you help me sort this out?I sure don't want to have my g.g.aunt living with the wrong man!She might come back to haunt me!
After reading all the notices back and forth between the bunch of you trying to sort it all out a couple of years ago, I'm beginning to think that the Davy Tree is almost a piece of cake in comparison.Mind you I'm having lots of trouble with that as well.
If I'm on the right track, I figure that Eliza would have raised Martha's children.Does anyone know if John & Eliza had any children of their own?
Sure hope someone out there can help me sort this all out.
Thanks in advance for any time you are willing to spend trying to help me.
Lenore
