Dear Robert,
Pleasure to meet you.Another cousin by marriage.Well, I have 5 pages of information on your ancestors and family.More than happy to post a copy to you, if you like.
However, a brief scenario is as follwos:
Daniel Baverstock b. 25 Dec 1799 England, died 1 Jan 1876.Married Charlotte Bertram.
James Baverstock - son of Daniel, b. 1842-1843 Manhattan, NY. died 15 Feb. 1917 Brooklyn.
Charlotte E. Baverstock - daughter of Daniel. b. 29 March 1840 NY. died 19 July 1913, Arlington, NJ.
Elsie J. Baverstock and Mary A. Baverstock, daughters of Daniel.b 1835 and 1837 respectively.
Closer to your side, I have your father Robert Leslie Baverstock, born 2 May 1919 and died Sept 1973.He had a brother, Leslie William Baverstock Jr, born 18 June 1922, died 15 July 1999.They were children of Lester (Leslie) Baverstock and Florence. He died 26 Jan 1938 in Brooklyn and was born 17 June 1898. He was the son of Benjamin Baverstock and Janette Painter.Benjamin born 3 June 1877 in Brooklyn and died 10 may 1938.He was one of the children of James baverstock and caroline Melton.
It's easier if I put the whole report in an envelope to you.
Could you possibly fill in some gaps from your side? The birth/marriage/death dates and places of your children, parents and family?Do you know what date your father died in Sept. 1973 and where?
Please pass on your address and I'll forward this copy this week to you.My address is:
17 Honeywood Drive
Sandford, 7020

email:[email protected]
Thanks for your help and hope we can fill in some of the blanks on both sides.I did hear that Arthur Baverstock Jr was libving in hawaii.I don't have any more info than that.
Best regards and all the best in your new home.
Jim Duggan
