Re: Bernhardt, Robert Hugo 1860 Chicago?

I am trying to track Robert Bernhardt who was married to Bridget ?? in the mid 1800's.They had a son, William Robert on 3/3/1862 in Chicago.We have a middle initial of "P" for Robert, but this could be wrong.We also show Robert as being born in Germany (Prussia?).Could these be the same?
