My GG Grandmother was Esther Billows.She married in 1888 in St Nicholas Church Liverpool aged 21.Her Father is recorded as Phillip Billows deceased, occupation Rigger(mariner?) her address is recorded as 58 Litherland Alley.Could she have been related to your GG Grandfather?I would be interested in any information about the family
