In your reply to James Blackard, you list John L.as being married four times, to; Sarah, Artimis, Ellen Catherine, and Eliza. respectively. My records show John L. married to Sarah L.in 1860 and to Elizabeth in 1870, also in 1870, there is a John T., married to Artimecia(Atrimis)and their children are listed as, Ulysess Grant, Bobbie J.,and Maggie. I notice this because Bobbie J.(Robert Jessie)is my grandfather. Therefore,if your records are correct my entire line would be wrong from 1860 back to 1728. All of my records are gleaned from U.S.census files. There are many errors made in spelling, ages, places of birth, and translation of the census takers handwriting, so I realize they are not 100% correct. But in sumation,I have listed in the 1860 Gallitin Co.,Rowland P.O. a, John L,26yrs. old, counted in, Equality P.O.,married to Sarah L. Also listed is John T. 22 yrs., counted in Rowland P.O.and listed living with his father, Spivey Blackard. So Roy!please, list your sources and correct my errors. My whole Bloodline, Manlihood, Career, depend upon it. Not to mention all of the time I have wasted researching. Thank you.Ken Blackard.
