This is not directl related to thee query, but I would like to inform descendants of James B. and Jane Rankin Blackburn that DNA testing has established a common ancestor between my husband, a descendant of Benjamin and Mary Blackburn and a descendant of James B. and Jane Rankin Blackburn. Mrs Hilliard and Mr. Challacomb (author of THE BENJAMIN BLACKBURN FAMILY IN AMERICA) both believed there was a tie between these two lines.
