Alexander Blaine
My main interest is the Francisco/Cisco/Sisco family. I have a Abraham Francisco who married Mary Blane 7 Feb. 1796 in Monogalia Co. VA ( probably now Marion Co.)
Abraham's father, Abraham, took part in Dunmore's war, 1774, and was part of the forces that marched to Hocking Co. OH.
Alexander Blaine is mentioned in Allan Eckert's book "That Dark and Bloody River" According to Eckert, Alexander Blaine was a trader with the Indians, 1774.
I was wondering if Alexander could be Mary's father/grandfather. Does anything sound familiar?
