First, a thanks - I had a lot of help with this line from a direct descendant of Moses, Joan (Bombard Charbonneau) Mustard, who collected many fascinating family stories about both this line and the Thomas Bombard line.
Child #1 should be Moses Abram, 22 Dec 1868 - 6 Apr 1869 Keeseville (I believe this is another gravestone inscription).
Thomas Edouard married Susie Anna McDonald. He died on 30 Mar 1925, Burlington VT.
Emeline Elizabeth b 1 July, c 13 July 1873, Holy Name, Ausable Forks (SABL).She married Thomas Roberts. She died in Dundalk MD on 25 Dec 1951.

Florence aka Lilly, died June 1878 at Cherry Pond, Jefferson, NH.
There's a story about Moses and his family going to the lumber camp in New Hampshire in 1878.He worked as a lumberjack, his wife was a cook. They were there for only 3 years, but when they returned to Keeseville, they were so worn out they were unrecognizable. They raised enough money, though, to buy a big farm. There might still be a Bombard living in the old farmhouse in Chesterfield - there was as recently as 2001.
Charles Walter - yes, he was born at the lumber camp in NH (Cherry Pond), but baptized in NY.He married Charlotte E Chabott 29 Apr 1903 in Ausable Forks (family record). They had 6 children, and lived in Burlington VT.

Leroy aka Leo b 28 Feb 1891 Keeseville, m Minnie Jarvis 19 Nov 1919 Keeseville.
Celeste is actually Lester, aka Joseph Raymond, b 8 Aug 1897 Keeseville, m Marguerite Jarvis (sister to Minnie, above) 27 Mar 1921 in Peru NY.
The inscription for Moses should give a death date of 21 Jan 1935.
Moses enlisted for the Civil War at Plattsburg 15 Feb 1864, age 26, and received a disability discharge from NY 2nd Veterans Cavalry, 20 Mar 1865 at St Louis MO.
