"HI"..I'm also looking for information on the BONNIMAN/BONNYMAN Family..and "wonder" if there is any connection to yours??..Since there was not many "Bonniman's" during that time..The name "BONNYMAN"..was changed To.."BONNIMAN" by my late Gr.Grandfather who was born in Fochabers,Maryshire Scotland,born approx.1849-1857?..He left Scotland for New York,U.S.A..and arrived there on his 18th Birthday, July 18th..He later married my Gr.Grandmother Elizabeth Eastman from Oxbow, New York,U.S.A..I don't know "Which Oxbow", as there seems to be quite a few with that name in New York,U.S.A. They later went to Ontaio, Canada and had two son's..Franklyn Alexander Bonniman,born March 1st.1879 at Wallerton,or Wallaburg,Ontario, Canada..He later married my Grandmother..Clara Ann England, born April 15th,1883 at Marybow,Austalia, Her Father's name was Aurther,and her Mother's name was..Theresa Ann Grant..The other son of my Gr.Grandfather Alexander Bonnyman/Bonniman's name was.. "Earl Bonniman"..who served in WW1, and at one point was stationed at Camp Hughes 1916..His wifes name was "Jessie"...My grandfather Franklyn Alexander Bonniman, and wife Clara..had a daughter "Pearl" died 1912..a son (my Father)..Earl Hazel Bonniman, born Sept.12th,1914 in Stoughton,Saskatchewan Canada..and served in the Royal Canadian Air Force in WW2., My Grandparent's (Franklyn,and Clara).. moved to Salmon Arm, B.C. Canada..My maiden name is "Bonniman" and middle name is "Ann"...It just seemed strange to see your message about a "Bonniman"..because I know my Gr.Grandfather Alexander..had changed it from "BONNYMAN"...So I'm almost sure there is,or has to be a connection to you "somewhere" in our searches,for the "BONNIMAN" family??..If you have any information, you could share with me, maybe we can come up with some other information on the family??..As it seems to be a very difficult Family to research on..I just started this search late in July..and have messages up on both names..so please E-Mail me above..I would really appreiciate any information on the "Bonniman/Bonnyman" Family.Thank-You..Pat Bonniman..
