Hi Fay - I think I have all of the information that you've been looking for.I happen to be doing a heritage research project for one of my courses and came upon your message - I hope it helps.
Stefan and Elizabeth came over from Hungary with their three sons, Albert, John, and Steven. They settled in Pittston, PA and lived on Cornealius Street in a part of the town called Pittston Junction. On March 17th, 1898 they had a son named Louis. All four boys remained in Pittston and I believe that all are buried nearby.Stefan and Elizabeth died and are buried in Duryea, PA (right next to Pittston). Albert married Rose and they had four children (I'm not sure of the order) Madge, Steven, Minnie and Frank (who they called "Red).John married Anna and they had Joseph and Elizabeth.Steven married Ethel and they had a daughter named Ethel. Louis married Bertha Bobola (Americanized it became Bublo or Bubblo, as it is commonly spelled now) and they had Louis, Dorothy, Edward and Leona. They resided on West Sixth Street in Wyoming, PA. (right across the Susquhanna River from Pittston)I believe I was told that Louis and Edward died young.Dorothy married Nick Esposito (a wonderful Italian who eventually took over his father's shoe store in Exeter (next to Wyoming) and unfortunately passed on this past June). They had three boys: Ronald, Joseph and Edward.Ronnie currently resides in Florida with his wife, Johnna and they had two children, Rhonda, 24 and Nick, 21.Joseph lives in Exeter and he has two children Melissa, 21 and Alyssa, 15.Edward has taken over the store and lives in the family home with Dorothy and he has a daughter, Kara, 10. (I think that these are all the right ages) Leona married Joseph Gober of Luzerne. They once lived in Carverton, PA but since the 1970's have remained in Exeter when they once owned Gober's Restaurant and have transformed it now to Dining Room Antiques. They had five children: Elizabeth, Christopher(adopted), Gerard, Joseph, and Louis.Elizabeth married James Mangan of Scranton and had a lovely family of three: Kathryn, 20(yours truly); Sarah, 17; and Conner, 8.They also reside in Exeter - with the exception of me, who lives in Philadelphia.Chris has two daughters who should be about 9 and 11 now.Gerard married Jane Bodnar and they live in West Chester with Ian, 4 and Rachel, six-months.Joseph married Anne Doolittle of Montrose and they reside in the house on Sixth Street in Wyoming where my grandmother grew up - they have three girls, Julia, 5; Grace, 3 and Abigail, 1.Louis married Lizabeth Scaletti of Uniontown, PA and they live in Kingston, PA. So, basically what I'm trying to say is I'm the great-great-grand daughter of Stefan Borsos and the great-grand daughter of his youngest son, Louis.I'm curious as to where you fit in and I really hope that this is your family.Oh well, at least you'll know everyone at Christmas Dinner!I hope I helped and I'm sorry this was so terribly long.
