Have just come across your note about the Boyds of Belfast and Castlegore. My grandfather was Robert John Boyd a brother of James Boyd of Castlegore. I recall James Andrew Boyd's shop in Sandy Row and am still in touch with James Andrew's children, Jim Boyd and Jean Boyd.

I would like to have a look at your photos but unfortunatel I have not been able to access your site. Not sure why - I get a Google error message

Are you by any chance related to Johnston Smith who sadly died about a year ago
