The block where your Bradburys lived had a garden at the front, three rooms downstairs and three up. they had a flagstone floor laid on a sandy base, upstairs the flooring was 12 inch wide planks just butted together - no skirting boards. There was a fireplace in the four main rooms (each about 12ft square) the other two rooms only being 7 foot by 5. There was a small yard at the rear.
