Donna, you and I are working on the same family. Heman Bradway was my grandfather's grandfather. Heman (1), Lewis Sylvanus (2), Millard (3), Richard (4). Years ago Bette sent me the marrage registration for E(mily)Bradway and N.C. Adams. Emily's sister married William Longdo on the same day (Nov. 21, 1865) in a double wedding ceremony. N.C.'s father was William. His mother was Ann and he was born in England. I suspect these the right Bradway's. I was in Dunn County last month and found the graves for Heman and Asa Bradway. I believe Cornelia (Heman's wife)is there too. I also believe Heman and Asa were brothers, but I have no proof of that. Both Heman and Asa were in the Civil War. I have Heman's records and Cornelia's application for pension. Heman bought and sold a lot of property in Wisconsin and I have not sent for those records. They may tie him to Sylvanus Bradway in New York. Or they may not. Let me know if you want any of the records that I have.
