I have recently moved (last Sept.) and all of my NJ Bradway material is currently packed and in storage. HOWEVER, the Henry County IN Bradways almost always descended from Edward Bradway, a Quaker, from Salem Co. NJ. I would suggest that you check various Quaker records for the parentage of Josiah's wife, because Quakers normally married Quakers. (If not, they married "out of unity" and that was also reported in the Quaker/Friends records.) There is a series of Quaker records transcrbed by William Wade Hinshaw, which is available in most genealogical libraries (and perhaps through other sources.)
I'm no longer sure just what I had on Josiah Bradway. (I've been working on the various Bradway families for about 35 years!)If you can get to a (LDS) Family History Branch Library, you can probably order copies of the "Bradway-Broadway Bulletin" which I published for about 9 years (1974-?). They have it available for loan on microfiche. I didn't delve much into the female/spouse lines, because my impetus was on identifying the various Bradways. It may or may not help with the spouse information, but I probably identified Josiah and his Bradway ancestry.
Good luck!
