I'm looking for a John Brady (and his line) b. 1753 who it's believed married a Mary possibly (Haas) b. 1754. (married about 1773-74) I believe they lived in Shamokin, Northumberland County Pennsylvania, at the time of the 1790 & 1800 census. Possible children include Joseph, Walter, William, Rachel and Katherine. Children all born between 1775 and 1785. I believe Walter and Joseph lived in Augusta Twp, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania after they married, Joseph was the Black Smith while Walter the Constable. It's also possible that John Brady the father was the Constable of Augusta in the late 1790's, as I found data on a John Brady, but there were two John Brady's in the area at the time. =============== The following is the line I believe I'm researchingat present. In the 1800 census for Shamokin, Northumberland Co., Pennsylvania I found a John Brady 01101/00201 that matches the data for the John I believe I'm researching. Walter, Joseph and William were all in Augusta Twp. by 1810, but the only one that remained by 1820 was Hannah the wife of Walter Brady.
