PARIS, TEX., Dec. 12.-The examining trial of Enoch Fagan for the killing of Bob Brantley resulted in his bond being fixed at $100 to appear before the next term of the district court. Later Mr. Will Ownby, county attorney, filed a motion and affidavit asking for the re-arrest of Fagan for the purpose of raising his bond. Fagan will be brought back to Paris and the motion will be heard before Judge Scott, in chambers.
