Desoto Co. Ms Brewer

Could anyone help me find out about the Brewer family that lived in Miller and Olive Branch, MS. My grandfather was Robert Artee(or possibly Rufus T.) Brewer. He married Velma Woolsey from near Olive Branch. I can't find much about ancestors past him. I've heard some old folks talk about the Isle of White, but can find no connection with Robert Artee Brewer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
