Cecil Oscar Brewer b Unknown

I am looking for information on Cecil Oscar Brewer who apparently married Margaret Ann Sargent. At the time, Margaret may have been divorced from Robert Sidney Landing in California. The marriage to Brewer should have occurred between 1947 and 1950, and should have occurred in the Bay Area of California. If anyone can shed light on this please let me hear from you.
