We have an Earl C. Brewer in our family.I don't know a lot about him at this point. He was the son of Clarence W. Brewer and was listed in the Clay County Ark. Census for 1920.Here is the census data. Dwelling # 239Family # 240 BrewerClarence W. Head of Household 49 yrs old Married, born in IL; Father, born in NY; mother, born in IL
Eva A. Daughter, 23 yrs old, married, born in TN; father born in IL, Mother born in TN
Erty M. daughter, 14 yrs old, born in MO, father born in IL, Mother born in TN
Earl C. son, 12, single, born in MO, Father born in IL, mother born in TN
Eva A. was my Grandmother.I am told her mother was Indian and died in the early 1900's.According to my mother, Clarence and Earl left the area and moved to Colorado.Earl married and had children, when he was killed in an accident. My mom says that he was a truck driver and was killed in a train wreck. She said that she wrote a letter for my grandmother to check on her father in the early 1940's.She received a letter back saying that Clarence moved west and that Earl had been killed, but never heard from them after that.My grandmother couldn't read or write. Eva was staying with the family on this census waiting for my grandfather to get out of the service and come home after WWI.Could this be your Earl?Did he live in Colorado?
We have lots of family if this is the same person?I've been looking for our Brewer family for sometime now. Linda email@example.com
