July 23, 1918. Benjamin F. BRINDLEY, an inspector in the Department of Builgings and formerly an inspector in the Board of Education and the Board of Water Supply, died yesterday at his home, 8666 Twenty-first avenue. He was born in Manhattan fifty years ago and had been a resident of Brooklyn for ten years. He was a member of the Inspectors Association and is survived by his widow, Catherin; his father, Benjamin F.; three brothers, Lieut. Nicholas BRINDLEY, of the New York Police Department; Charles, in the War Department, and Frederick F., and one sister, Lucy E. Funeral services will be held to-morrow at 1:30 P.M. at his late home. Interment at Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island.
