"The amended petition of Mary Ann Brockett of Lemuel B. Brockett, L.V. Elliot, Susan Sanders, John S. Burgess and wife Lydia, and John S. Burgess in his own right, Nancy Forbes by ner next friend Deborah Tillet, John W. Brockett, Yellis Brockett, Bailey Barco and wife Amy, peter Elliott and wife Mary, Dempsey B. Morrissett and wife Matilda, Samuel, John and Jonathan Tillet by John S. Burgess their guardian and next friend, Willoughby Williamson and wife Mary, John Flem (Flin?) and wife Kesiah, Samuel B. Bray and wife Marian, Nathaniel Perkins, William Perkins, Margaret Perkins and Devotion Perkins by their guardian Nathaniel Perkins shew that Robert S. Brockett died intestate seised of the tract of land mentioned in the petition, bearing as his heirs at law Silson Hughes, who has sold his interest, to wit 1/4 of 1/6 to John S. Burgess, Nancy Forbes entitled to 1/2 of 1/6, and Susan Sanders entitled to 1/2 of 1/6, Mary Ann Brockett entitled to 1/4 of 1/6, L.v. Elliott to 1/2 of 1/6, Lemuel B. Brocektt to 1/2 of 1/6, Bailey Barco and wife Amy to 1/3 of 1/6, Yellis Brockett to 1/3 of 1/6, John W. Brockett to 1/3 of 1/6, Peter Elliott and wife Mary to 1/5 of 1/6, Nathaniel Perkins to 1/7 of l/6, William Perkins to 1/7 of 1/6, Margaret Perkins to 1/7 of 1/6, and Devotion Perkins to 1/7 of 1/6 and that these are entitled in the properties above set forth to the proceeds of the sale."
