Hi Pat, Thank you for your response to my message.Sometimes you begin to wonder if anyone will ever see it.In case you haven't noticed I changed my name at the top; as I am getting married next week.So my name is changing to Smith, I just didn't want to confuse you. I have not worked on this line in so long; in part due to wedding planning, but also due to dead ends.I'm so glad that you may be able to help give and or eliminate possibilities for me. I will definately send you a copy of the picture via email, by the end of this week.I have to go to my parents house and scan it.I have to warn you that my copy of the pic is a scanned image so I'm not sure at how well of the quality it will come out to be, but either way it should be viewable. As far as your Brogdon line, do you know of any of them living in the Johnston County, Tx area, or marrying any Jackson lines?By the age of this picture, posing, clothing, and knowing that gggrandfather was born in 1860.He appears to be in mid 30's to early 40's.So I think about 1900 on the pic, that could place him in either Oklahoma or Tx, and unfortunately no portrait markings on the pic as to the studio. Well, good to hear from someone email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get your info so that I can get to you that photo.
