Ruth (Norgren) Brough, in South La. 1920-1930

I am hoping to find information about----
Ruth (Norgren) Brough--born 1898 in MN. Married a Brough in the New Orleans,La. or Franklin,La. area.
Ruth Divorced & later married H.O.Penick(a Banker at New Orleans,LA.,who had two previous marriages-Wadleigh & Foster) at Las Vegas,NV. & then settled in Seattle,Wa.
H.O.Penick was born at Chariton,Iowa & died in
1940 at Seattle,WA.
Time frame for this would be around 1920-1930 & anything about these people would be of great help.
Any help would be much appreciated !
