Wow!!!Am I excited to hear from you!!!I hadn't come across your Joseph B. Brown, so this is news to me.Levy Frank had a son named James William Brown,(b. Aug. 29, 1900, Jones Co., Ga., d. Sept. 9, 1940, Atlanta, Ga.).This James William Brown married Carrie Emmaline Bloodworth and they had two daughters (Lillian Lucille, Ida Loreen) and a son also named James William Brown (went by the name "Jimmy")(b. Dec. 5, 1923, d. 1988) This probably makes him JWB, II.Well, this second James William Brown married Margaret Frances DeLoach and they had three boys and two daughters (James W., III, Brannen Kime, Stanley Earl, Frances Dolores, and Sonya Renea)....I married James William Brown, III.(b. Oct. 6, 1946, d. June 12, 1998).Our children are Margaret Lynn Brown Vargas (1-9-75) and William Thomas Brown (9-9-79).
If I've figured right, your grandpa was my JWB,II's uncle and was the great-uncles to my husband.
Wow.Still totally amazed. On the copy of the funeral book for James W. Brown, II, there is a "Mr. & Mrs. J. B. Brown" listed and I had no idea what the relation this could be.For little over a year, I've been doing this search for my mother-in-law Margaret who is in her early 80's now and had stated several times in the past that she wished that she had known more about Jimmy's side of the family...so, since I'm not working and had access to a computer, I told her that I would do what I could for her.She is the best mother-in-law anyone could ask for.I love her bunches.
Well,I tend to be wordy, but I hope this has answered your question.I'm so happy, I could give you a big hug!!Thank you for making my day!!!!
