Martha,
I am not related to any of the Broxtons, but for sentimental reasons ,I went all out last year (2003) to hunt for James B.Broxton a confederate soldier who was buriedin Trinity Church Cemetery in Randolph County, Georgia, I went through lots and lots of Broxton's to get what I needed for me to get a headstone for his grave. On May 1, 2004there will be an Installation Cermony at Trinity Cemetery at 2:00 P.M.(Confederate Memorial Service) Renactments, 21 gun salute etc.with covered dish dinner afterwards, You can probably get much infothere as seven of his greatchildren will be there, His only living Grandaughter(87 year oldBerta Broxton Hobbs) is in nursing home in Tifton, Ga. Her family will be there , if you would like to contact some of them I have their phone numbers.
Would like for you to be at tha Cermony and see if they can be of help to you.You will be most welcome as my guest.
Good luck hunting.
Rubye
