Most of the history of the Henry Green Buchner family comes from Mrs. Hanley. Part of her findings cam from researches by Miss Harriet Hagar, who visited a descendant - Gertrude Buchner Smith - many years ago (Mrs. Smith lived in her great-grandfather's house, i.e. Henry Jr.'s, and she was a daughter of Thomas Street Buchner's).
Mrs. Hanley says also: Henry Green Buchner, is buried in Drummond Hill Cemetary - Henry Green Buchner, d. Nov. 2 188[8 or 3]. That Margaret Ann Bughner who d. Aug 9 1918, may have been his 2nd wife, nee Margaret Ann Dell, said to have been his 2nd cousin. They wanted to marry, but the family wouldn't let them because they were 2nd cousins. He md. 1st Julia Yokum and 2nd Margaret Ann Dell.
Mrs. Hanley gives the family of Thomas Street Buchner as: wife, Maggie Ormsby, d. Mar 21, 1917 in her 64th yr; children: 1. Gertrude, (md. Cecil Smith: lived in great-grandfather's house, lot 5, con. 4, Crowland Twp.); 2. Henrietta (md. #1. .....Smith; md. #2. George Sherk); 3. a daught. - school Teacher.
Mrs. Hanley says that the family given here for Henry Green Buchner is believed to have come from the first marriage but MAY have included children from both marriages.
That's all the information I have. I hope it helps you.
