"Levi Caffee (11/16/1814-1/16/1867) was 1st cousin of Tucker [Scott], an orphan brought up by Tucker's father, James, who was his guardian."
Presuming that all the minor children of James Caffee/Caffey & Elizabeth Scott who were orphaned became wards of the James Scott & Frances Tucker household in Tazewell Co., IL.
