My Great-grandmother was Margaret CAMMOCK, born 1 May 1840 at Conlig (or Upper Balloo), Bangor Parish, County Down. Perhaps someone can help fill in the gaps for me, or if not, the following may be helpful:
My information begins with Alexander CAMMOCK, no dates or places known.
His son Alexander CAMMOCK, born about 1819 at Upper Balloo, Bangor Parish, a farmer, married Jane GIBSON (or GIBISON). They had six children:
Christina CAMMOCK, born before 1837;
Alexander CAMMOCK, born 7 Apr 1841 at Drumkirk, County Down, died 7 Apr 1916 at Dannevirke, New Zealand. He married Esther KELLY, of Drumfreisshire, Scotland, daughter of Francis KELLY. Esther was born 1839, and died 4 Apr 1911 in Maharahara, New Zealand. They had 12 children, born 1859-1880;

Jane CAMMOCK, born 2 Oct 1848 at Drumkirk; and
Isabella CAMMOCK, born 1 May 1851 at Drumkirk or Upper Balloo, died 11 Mar 1916 at Syracuse, New York, USA, married 18 Apr 1873 in Bangor, County Down to Hugh W. MOOREHEAD of Newtownards, County Down. Hugh was born in Ballyree, Bangor Parish, and died 1 Sep 1946 in Syracuse. He was the son of William MUIRHEAD of Ballyree.Hugh and Isabella had 5 children, born 1875-?.
Margaret CAMMOCK, a weaver, (named above) was born 1 May 1840 at Conlig (or Upper Balloo), Bangor Parish, and died 24 Mar 1924 in Syracuse. She married first (on 14 May 1866 at the Registrar's Office, Newtownards) to James Campbell BOYD, a weaver, who was born about 1842, and died 1871. James was the son of James BOYD, a "nailor". James and Margaret had 2 children, born 1868-1870.
Margaret CAMMOCK was then married, in 1847, to Hugh KEENAN, a "car man", who was born 8 Apr 1839 at 47 Castle Street, Bangor, and died 17 May 1897 in Syracuse. Hughwas the son of Thomas KEENAN, a weaver from Bangor, and Anna PATTERSON, of Whitespots, County Down.Hugh and Margaret had 4 children, born 1876-1883.
Before marrying Margaret, Hugh KEENAN was married, on 29 Dec 1858 in Bangor, to Isabella THOMPSON, who was born about 1837 at Greengraves, Newtownards, and died 20 Dec 1873 in Bangor.Isabella was the daughter of Joseph THOMPSON, of Greengraves. Hugh and Isabella had 8 children, born 1859-1873.
In 1883, Hugh and Margaret, along with one of his children, two of hers, and four of theirs emigrated to the United States, settling in Syracuse, New York.
