According to the tax list of 1751, there were no Campbells in West End Hanover Township at that time. However, the following Campbells appeared in York County, PA records between 1749-60, where Hanover township ended up being after that county was created. These are from the will records of York County, PA, and "settlement/tax" records.
From a list of "original settlers of Chanceford Township in York County, PA 1749-60" are: Jenkin Campbell, George Campbell, William Campbell, and 2 John Campbells.

There are three Campbell marriages recorded as having taken place at Hanover.Only one of the three may be said to have actually resided at or near Hanover, however. Males married near where the brides lived.
(1)July 3, 1760 Jane Campbell md. James Andrew in Hanover Township. (2) March 20, 1761 John Campbell married Jane Stuart of Hanover. (3) Dec. 20, 1770 John Campbell married Jane Cleland of Hanover--he was of Londonderry Tnsp. All 3 marriages were performed by Rev. Stoever of Lancaster Co.
I hope this helps some.
