I am looking for those bearing the surname "Campello" from Sicily. My great-grandfather, Pasquale Campello came to America in 1906.His wife was Josephine (Giuseppa) Bonfiglio. He was born 17 Jan 1879 in, I believe, Caltanissetta, Sicily. He died on 30 May 1954 in Mount Vernon, Westchester, New York.He apparently did some of the iron scroll work at the Princeton University campus.
Pasquale and Josephine had the following children: 1. Angelo "Robert" Campello born 1906, in Caltanissetta, Sicily.(married Katherine Sharkey) 2. Ann or Anna Campello, born 1908, Westchester, N.Y. (married Sirignano) 3. Salvatore or Charles Campello, born 1912 in Westchester, N.Y.
