Caplinger's in Southern Ohio

According to Highland Co, Ohio history book.
"Several members of the caplinger family arrived in the region near the Spring as early as 1802.Abraham, Anthony and William Caplinger were original voters.Later Dr. John Caplinger lived and practiced in the village of Sinking Springs. Dr. John Caplinger born in 1776 survived until he was 81.Hope this helps someone.
