From the book "Monroe County Ohio Marriages 1867-1917" I have found a marriage record dated 15 Oct 1900 for Stella Folger and James Bumpus.Parents of James: Delors Bumpus and Elmira Winters.Parents of Stella: B.F. Folger & Bertha Hall.
In the same book, I found a Della Folger marrying a Russel Carrick on 20 Oct 1894.Applicant was a S. M. Haga, guardian, but does not say of whom.
Note that we have two different names, Stella and Della.I think these are two different women. What do you think?
