My grandfather, Charles Lee Carroll, was born March 10, l871.His father was James Monroe Carroll, born December 20, l832, and married Martha Ann Elam (born Aug 11, 1834 in Tennessee), on July 30, l850.I am researching the father of James Monroe (Raford), and am having difficulty.Any help?Thanks.
