HI Donna, This is Sharman Meck Carroll on my husband Carrolls. I have been very busy with new twin grandbabies and job and bringing up Bella and Gweedo ( JAck Russell Terriers).
Alphonsus/ Alphonso Carroll (1880-1950). I started researching on Jack(hubbies) Grandfather and found the family in Conchocken, Montgeromy County, PA on Hector St. The went to St Matthews CAtholic church on Hector St were theCarroll's lived.
There were many other Carroll names in the church books. This was early research back in the early 80's. but hitting bring walls.
I know they went to Philly but Brick walls.
I would love to know about Alphonso brothers?
Which of the brother was a banker,two were in booking.
If you wouldn't mine Starting with you and list how you fit in the Carroll clan?
Alphonso death certificate ,died in 1950 and lived in San Franiscofor 5 yrs. Had him divorced? Buried in Holly Cross Cemeteryin Calif.

I grew up in Upland from the age of two until I got married in 1971.
I lived walking distance to Parkside and Chester was right off from that Starting with Chester Park>
My Jack was youngest of three .He had an older sister Thresa Mary Carroll now Depoe; and brother Thomas not married.
JAck family lived on Lincoln Street across from a liquior Store.
