SUBJECT This indenture concerns a mortgage on property at numbers 9 and 11 Palace Street, Norwich. Lavinia Debbage had mortgaged this property for £160, but after her death in 1904, it passed to her son Cecil James Debbage.
In 1906 the mortgage was transfered to Laura Chater and she is now transferring it to Edward Cave.
