Elizabeth CHILDE, the daughter of Rev. Benjamin CHILDE, was baptized 4 September 1629 at Cottesbach, Leicestershire, England.She married ca. 1647 Rev. James BRADSHAW, who was baptized 7 November 1613 at Bolton, Lancashire, England and was rector of Wigan, Macclesfield, Houghton Chapel, and Bradshaw Chapel.
Rev. Benjamin CHILDE was born 1 September 1592 at Westminster, London, the son of Wolstone CHILDE and Ellen EMPSON.He was a 1611/12 and 1615 graduate of Emmanuel College, Cambridge and was rector of Cottesbach, Leicestershire.He married there 4 September 1628 Sarah SHENTON.
