Hi, are you still looking? I'll post what I found just in case it helps. Kathryn's husband Paul's obit (at bottom) gives the clues that lead to this.
Kathryn seems to be a descendant of Luxembourg immigrants??
Paul Dewey Christiansen descends from Danish immigrants.

Paul Dewey Christiansen, 472 W. Main, died Tuesday at his home following a brief illness. He was born June 11, 1898, in Weslby, Wis. He attended school in Luck, Wis. He married Katherine Zurn and from this marriage they had a child, Wilda Christiansen. Both preceded him in death. Christiansen came to Montana in 1922 and was engaged as a painter for several contractors. He was also a violinist, and had his own orchestra. He taught violin lessons and played in the orchestra in the old Marlow Theater. He married Peggy Connors Kivlin in 1959 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She died Aug. 18, 1966. Also preceding him in death were three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Florence I. Hall and Elise McGlnnis, both of Helena; Ellen Keson, St. Paul, Minn.; Rigmor Jehle, Spokane; and numerous nieces and nephews. Chapel services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Hagler Chape] with the Rev. Forrest Clark officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
