I would be happy to scan the picture and if it is your ancestor to send you the original. It will take a few days however, as I moved last week and have not unpacked the box containing the picture.
I found the picture at an antique store in Berkeley Springs, West VA in a box labeled "Instant family". There were hundreds if not thousands of old pictures in the boxes and it really bugs me to see old pictures treated that way. I just picked up the first picture that had identifying information on the back and paid the $3 for it hoping to connect it with a descendant. I realize this is a token of what I'd like to do.
I'm an avid amateur genealogist and like to see pictures remain in families. I live 100 miles from Berkeley Springs but I get there occasionally and will get more pictures next time if I find them with identification.
