Dick,
I have been looking over the information posted on RootsWeb by Gordon and Shirley Olson concerning Michael Clover, and I see more clearly what the tie-in might be.In error I said in my original posting that Louisa Cook was born not before the mid-1810s, when I meant to say she was born not LATER THAN then.(It appears they had a child by 1835.) If Pherove (Pherobea) Clover's maiden name was Cook, b. 1812, Celia might have been her sister and the Henry Cook who is living with the family is their father. What does the 1850 Census record say about Henry besides his name, age and occupation? If my conjecture is correct, I wonder where Celia and Henry the son are.Besides Louisa, their children that I have listed for them are Henry (III?) (who m. James Boren) and Elizabeth (who m. Ally Ann Boren).
