Here is my file on the other Clubbs of North Carolina. Following that is what i have so far on the Clubbs of Maryland.I am unable to find a Peter Clubb in Maryland, but also I have trouble finding much on the other Clubbs of Maryland.

(Ancestry.com Lillian Ford Donnally 200l) “Phillip thought to be from Md.Moved to Pickens Co Sc.Had three children by his first wife (last name Suggs).Had a number of children by 2nd wife.Sons names included Benjamin, John, Elihu, James, dau Mehalia.Phillip Chambers is thought to be brother to James and Elilhu who moved from Rowan to Burke to Buncombe to Haywood in l790's.
Salome is thought to be born about l755 probably in NC.
John, Phillip’s son married Nancy Welch after the family moved to Macon c NC
One of John’s sons, Erwin Huston Chambers married Lucinda Worley in Swain co.
Their son was Henry Chambers who married Laura Parsons
One of their children is my great aunt Kathleen Chambers Ford, age 82 still living in Clay co NC
her sons Larry Ford and Gene Ford are also there

The beginning point from which this survey (and the surveys for Atchison’s Woodyard, Conveniency, and Maiden’s Pleasure ) begins is an oak tree variously described as Spanish Oak, a banded oak, a banded white oak, a grey oak, and a gumtree.In l985 LeRoy Curtis Wedding ane Eleanore Rohl Wedding, parents of Ken spent 3 days tracing the land transactions for Maiden’s Pleasure and Hopewell from the earliest to l985.Based on that, a tree still used as a survey point (marked with a big yellow ribbon) stood near the site of the tree used since l7l5.It was just off Chestnut Drive, a street intersecting with Berry Road about l mile northwest of the Berry Road intersection with Highway 30l.Charles Co patented certificate of survey No. 550.Outside label “Chas Coty, John Clubb (cort?) 200 a. Hoewell.Certificate ....Charles County patented certificate of survey #550 entered in Lib (FF?) No 77 for 250.

1726 Maiden’s Pleasure surveyed for John and Ann (Cox) Clubb. The next year it was sold to John and Elizabeth (Clubb) Wedding.In l737 it was patented to John Clubb.Later in its history it was sold by John Weddin without his wife’s signature.It was reclaimed by his widow, and sold for her by her son Thomas.
