Hello again Ruth. Thank you for responding. I was just fishing and trying to create a little activity so these kind folks will keep our forum intact. I just did searches in my Cockerham files and found several marriages from my Cockerham line to several Jennings. No mention of a William that I can connect to the Daniel-Humphrey line, but as you know that is quite possible. Here is the mention I did find of your Charity Jennings and William Cockerham. I think it is likely that Charity would have married someone from another line (such as Humphrey's line) rather than a close cousin from David Cockerham. I have made a few additions to this file recently and would be happy to send an update if you wish. This is what I have:

VA(b. 1765 d. 4 Mary 1842) Mary had sister Charity whose dau Charity Burch Jennings m. a William Cockerham and moved to Jackson Co. NC.
